Don't get lost at those larger meetings!  Exhibit in the intimate environment of the Harbour Town Conference Center.  We understand your need to connect with potential clients which is why our exhibit hall is next to the general sessions and not down the hall!  The format of our meeting guarantees maximum visability and interactions. Register early - our exhibit booths do sell out.

Exhibit Booth $1,000:

1 six foot exhibition table will be provided for display for 3 days of the 4 day conference plus a bonus day during the overlap day of the two meetings. One complimentary registration is included.

The tables will be position in the adjacent room room where the general sessions are held. Breakfast will be set in the room each morning and during the poster session the walls open up to form one large room for the posters and exhibitors.

The exhibit space is located in the "stewart" portion of this diagram and general sessions are held in Watson A, Watson B, Palmer and Erwin.  The entire space opens up during the poster session so that the exhibitors are integrated into the event.

Wednesday, March 14th - 8:00am - 5:00pm (during the short course)

Thursday, March 15th - 8:00am - 3:00pm

Friday, March 16th - 8:00am -3:00pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm (poster session)

Saturday, March 17th - 8:00am - 3:00pm

 
Exhibit Set Up:

Please notify us if you intend on shipping any packages. Packages cannot be shipped earlier than 3 days before the conference.

Exhibitor set-up time is any time the day of March 14th.
