Sea Pines Resort offers accomodations throughout the Sea Pines plantation property as well as rooms in their four diamond hotel, the Inn at Harbour Town. 

Please reference the conference as a block of rooms and villas of all sizes are being held for attendees of the Hilton Head Workshop.

Your reservation will include wireless regardless if you are at the Inn or in a Villa.

Reservations must be made by February 19, 2012 to secure the room block price.

Option 1 - Hotel

Option 2 - Villa

Villas are like townhomes and are privately owned and rented through Sea Pines. Villas include a full kitchen and family room. Sharing a villa with others is a great way to keep lodging costs down. If you are interested  in pairing up with others, please contact Colly Mitchell.

One Bedroom Villa $199.00* per villa, per night

Two Bedroom Villa $249.00* per villa per night

Three Bedroom Villa $289.00* per villa per night

Four Bedroom Villa $329.00* per villa per night 

*Prices do not include state and local taxes of 19.5%.

Reservations

A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to hold each individual reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. The rates include daily maid service. Rates are based on a three-night minimum stay.

Individual deposits are refundable 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations after this time will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Rooms can not be held after February 11, 2012, and may sell out prior to this date.

Checking into the Inn (vs. a villa)

IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE INN AT HARBOUR TOWN:  Go into the welcome center. You will be given a car pass that will give you access into the Sea Pines property. Proceed through the guard gate and continue on Greenwood Drive for 1.3 miles and turn right onto Plantation Drive. Continue on this road until you come to a stop sign and turn right onto Lighthouse Road. After passing the tennis courts on your left, turn left onto Lighthouse Lane. Your next left will be into the Inn at Harbour Town. The Inn staff at the front desk will assist you with check-in. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am

IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 11:00PM: Go directly to the guard gate, tell the guard you are checking in at the Inn at Harbour Town and you will be given access into the resort.

Checking into a Villa (vs. the Inn)

IF YOU ARE STAYING IN A VILLA:  Enter the Welcome Center and proceed to the front desk. The staff at the desk will provide you with your gate pass and a map with specific directions to your villa. Your check-in package will include maps of the Sea Pines Resort and the locations of resort amenities. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am

IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 11:00PM:

There is a lock box outside the front doors to the Welcome Center. Pick up the phone by the lock box and the operator will give you the code to unlock it. Your packet will have your name on it. You will need to return to the Welcome Center on the next day to provide a credit card.
